Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Aula keyboard in its original packaging, including all keycap pullers, additional switches, cables, and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
